If you are a yoga beginner then you are at the right place to start yoga practice. By knowing the rules of yoga it will increase your productivity and enhance the impact of yoga.




Here are some Rules of  Doing Yoga: 

1.Always do yoga with a empty stomach in the morning with fresh air.

2.Do yoga at a quiet place.

3.Do yoga always on a yoga mat. If not available use a thick cloth.

4.While doing yoga always start with a warm up.

6.Always start with simple asanas if you are a beginner .

7.Be positive while you doing the yoga ,only positive thoughts you should think about.

8.Always focused and believe what you are doing.

9.Don't skip a single day. Do it regularly with discipline. 

10.Don't give up .
